Why can't I find the Kingmaker Trilogy, Blood & Bone Legacy, or Beautiful Lies eBooks on your direct store?
The Kingmaker Trilogy, Blood & Bone Legacy series, and Beautiful Lies eBooks are in Kindle Unlimited which has an exclusivity clause, meaning the eBooks can only be sold or read on Amazon. But you can still get the paperbacks from me.
How will I get my eBook?
The moment your order goes through, BookFunnel sends a delivery email to the address you used at checkout (excluding preorders). If it's playing hard to get, check your spam or promotions folder first.
How do I get my book onto my Kindle?
Easier than you'd think — BookFunnel walks you through it step by step. When you open your delivery email, choose "Kindle" and follow the prompts. It takes about two minutes the first time, and after that it's automatic. I never got my delivery email. Help!
First, check spam/promotions — that's the culprit 90% of the time. Still nothing? Make sure you check the inbox for the email address you used at checkout (we've all got three). If it's truly lost, email me at info@pauladombrowiak.com and I'll get your book to you.
When will my signed paperback ship?
Every paperback is signed by me personally, which means orders ship 3–5 business days after purchase (excluding preorders). US shipping is FREE. International orders also ship within 3–5 business days — rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email.
Can you personalize my signed paperback?
Yes! Leave the name you'd like in the order notes at checkout, and I'll make it out to you (or your bestie, or your book club nemesis).
What's the difference between the regular and discreet covers?
Same book, same words, same steam. The regular editions feature the original covers; the discreet editions have a minimalist design for readers who prefer their rockstar romance to fly under the radar — on the subway, the school pickup line, or grandma's coffee table. Discreet editions contain bonus material.
How do audiobooks arrive?
Just like the eBooks — BookFunnel sends a delivery email and you can listen in the free BookFunnel app on any phone or tablet. No subscription required. You own it forever.
What's your refund policy?
Because eBooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. Signed paperbacks: if your book arrives damaged, email me at info@pauladombrowiak.com with a photo within 30 days and I'll make it right.
